Almoner is for a small charity or community nonprofit that needs donations and volunteers. The home page says what you do, who you help and how to give. Every program gets a page with its goal for the year, the amount raised and its own giving button, and there are pages for volunteering, events, news and donating, including other ways to give.

Everything here can also be done by hand in the visual editor.
Almoner suits a local charity, community fund or volunteer-run nonprofit. Visitors arrive asking what you do, who it helps and how they can give; the home page answers all three before the first scroll.
Giving buttons open your own Stripe Payment Links; Sitelas does not process money. Each program's goal, amount raised and percent are numbers you type in and update yourself; they are not connected to Stripe. The volunteer and contact forms send messages to your Sitelas inbox. Names, figures, photos and the giving links are samples to replace.
Almoner is the wrong template for these. Where there is a better one, it is linked.

What you do and who it helps, the programs a gift pays for, a clear way to donate, a way to volunteer, proof that you are active (events and news) and how to reach you. Almoner has all of them: a page for each program with its goal and progress, a donation card with preset amounts, a volunteer page with a sign-up form, events and news collections, a donate page with other ways to give and answers to giving questions, and a contact page.
Yes, through your own Stripe Payment Links. The one-time and monthly amounts on the donation card and each program's giving button all open links you set up in Stripe; Sitelas does not process or hold money. The goal, amount raised and progress on each program are numbers you update yourself, not live totals from Stripe.
Almoner is built for a small local charity with a few programs and a donate button, a community fund or food bank asking for gifts and volunteers and a nonprofit that shows a yearly goal and progress for each program. Not built for congregation publishing Sunday times, sermons and ministries — try Narthex instead.
