Nothing is ever rejected or dropped, on any plan. Your visitor's message is always accepted, always recorded, and always forwarded to your webhook if you set one — there is no monthly limit on receiving them. What Free includes is reading the first 25. After that a new submission still arrives and you still see that it came in and when, but the sender's details and message stay locked until you upgrade. Pro unlocks every one of them at once — the whole backlog, not just new arrivals — and covers 5,000 per site.

Pro ($16/mo per site, or $160/yr) gets you a custom domain with auto SSL, the analytics dashboard, priority support, 5,000 readable form submissions, 1 GB of storage, and more room to grow — up to 100 pages and 2,000 collection items per site. Each site is upgraded independently — pay per Pro site, keep the rest on Free. AI credits are not part of it: every account gets the same $10 to start, and tops up from there.

Yes. Yearly Pro is $160 per site billed once, against $192 if you paid monthly for the same twelve months — 2 months free. Pick the interval on the pricing cards above or in the dashboard before you upgrade. The interval is per site, so one site can be yearly while another stays monthly.

Each site is its own subscription. You can have any number of Pro sites — total bill is $16 × number of monthly Pro sites — alongside up to 3 Free sites for prototyping or hobby use. Upgrade and downgrade individual sites anytime from the dashboard.

Every submission lands in your site's inbox, with no setup, and we email you when one arrives — on by default, and you can turn it off per site. Reply to that email and it goes straight to the person who wrote in. You can also forward each submission to your own webhook — Zapier, n8n, or your own endpoint — the moment it arrives. Your agent can read the inbox and draft replies for you.

It depends which door you come in. When you drive your site from your own agent — Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code — that agent's provider bills you for its tokens and Sitelas charges nothing at all, on any plan. The in-editor chat at sitelas.com/edit is different: it runs on our model key, so it draws on a credit balance. Every account is given $10 of those credits when it signs up — once, on any plan, and they never expire. After that, any account tops up in $5 / $10 / $25 amounts.

Nothing does. The $10 you start with is a one-time grant with no expiry date — leave the account alone for a year and it is still there. It also doesn't refill: it is given once per account, not monthly, and a Pro subscription doesn't add to it. Credits you buy as a top-up behave the same way — yours, no expiry, spendable whatever plan your sites are on.

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard — your paid features stay active through the end of the billing period, then the site downgrades to free (still published, just with free-tier caps). Nothing gets deleted.
