Kilo Gym website template

Kilo is for a gym that coaches. Every program and every coach gets a page of their own, the three membership plans sit side by side with their prices, and the opening screen invites visitors to a free first session — so they know what training here looks like before they walk in.

Build Kilo by asking your AI agent

No editor required. The agent writes your copy, swaps the photos and publishes the site.

  1. 1Connect Sitelas to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI agent that supports MCP. How to connect
  2. 2Ask for it in plain words: “Build a website for a strength and conditioning gym using the Kilo template.”
  3. 3Open the preview link it sends back, ask for changes, and publish when it reads right.

Then keep changing it from the same chat

  • Rewrite the copy“Rewrite every page in a warmer, friendlier voice.”
  • Change the design“Make the colours earthier and use a serif for headings.”
  • Add or remove pages“Add a Pricing page and remove the Blog.”
  • Rearrange sections“Move the testimonials higher and add an FAQ.”
  • Swap the photos“Replace the photos with ones that fit my business.”
  • Run the site“Show me this week's form messages, then publish.”

Everything here can also be done by hand in the visual editor.

About the Kilo template

Built for gyms that coach

Kilo suits a strength gym, a CrossFit-style box or a personal training studio that wants to look serious about lifting. It leads with a big photo and plain promises, shows what a member gets for their money, and invites every visitor to a free first session.

What's on the site

  • Home — what the gym offers, the coaching approach, member quotes, the zones on the floor, three plans and the latest posts
  • About Us — how the gym works, four headline numbers (coaches, classes a week, platforms, days open), a free-session band and how joining works
  • Programs — every program as a card, each with its own page
  • Coaches — every coach with a portrait, each with a profile page
  • Pricing & FAQ — the three plans, what every plan includes, and an FAQ
  • Journal — posts with search and recent posts
  • Contact — a contact form, address, phone, hours and a map

What to know

Programs, coaches and posts are collections, so you add one from the editor or by asking your AI agent. The plans link to the contact form, so a new member reaches you directly; there is no member login or class timetable, so sign people up the way you do today.

When to pick something else

Kilo is the wrong template for these. Where there is a better one, it is linked.

  • Yoga, pilates or calm wellness studio — try Lotus
  • Bouldering or climbing wall selling day passes — try Lotus
  • Studio whose visitors book classes from a timetable — try Lotus
  • One coach working alone with clients — try Park
  • Kids' sport or activity club with termly classes — try Marigold
  • Physiotherapy or sports-injury clinic — try Riverbend
  • Shop selling supplements or kit with a checkout — try Stockroom

Questions about Kilo

How do new members sign up?

Each plan's button opens the contact form with that plan already chosen, and the message lands in your Sitelas inbox, so you take it from there in person or with your own gym software. There is no member login or class timetable on the site.

Can I add a new program or coach myself?

Yes. Programs and coaches are collections: add one from the editor, or ask your AI agent, and once you publish it gets its own page and appears on the Programs or Coaches page.

Who is Kilo for?

Kilo is built for a strength and conditioning gym, a crossFit-style box with coached classes and a barbell or powerlifting gym. Not built for yoga, pilates or calm wellness studio — try Lotus instead.

What pages come with Kilo?

7 pages, already written and laid out: Home, About Us, Programs, Coaches, Pricing & FAQ, Journal and Contact. Add, rename or remove pages whenever you like.

Can Claude or ChatGPT build my site from Kilo?

Yes. Connect Sitelas to your AI agent and ask for a site that uses Kilo. It fills in your details, sends you a preview link, and publishes when you approve. The same chat can keep running the site afterwards.

Can I change Kilo without code?

Yes. Click any text, photo or colour to change it in the visual editor, or ask your AI agent to make the change. Nothing is locked.

What does it cost?

Nothing to start, with no trial clock. A free site runs on a sitelas.com address; Pro is $9 a month per site ($90 a year) for your own domain, analytics and more room.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Pro. Point your domain at the site and the SSL certificate is issued and renewed for you.

Make Kilo yours

It opens in the editor with every page already written. Change what you want, publish when it reads like you.
