Build Your First Website in 5 Minutes with AI

You don't need to know HTML, CSS, or any programming language to build a professional website. With Sitelas, you describe what you want and AI builds it. Here's how.

Step 1: Pick a Template

Start by browsing the template gallery. Each template is a starting point — AI will customize everything for you. Pick one that matches the vibe you want:

• Portfolio: For designers, developers, photographers
• Business: For restaurants, agencies, freelancers
• Documentation: For products, open-source projects
• Personal: For blogs, CVs, personal brands

Step 2: Open the AI Chat

Once you're in the editor, click the AI button in the sidebar. This opens the chat panel where you can talk to the AI in plain English.

Step 3: Describe What You Want

Type what you want to change. Be specific or vague — both work:

• "Make the hero section dark with a bold heading"
• "Change the color scheme to warm earth tones"
• "Add a testimonials section after the services"
• "Clone https://linear.app" (yes, it can clone real sites)

Step 4: Refine with Chat

AI rarely gets it perfect on the first try — and that's fine. Keep chatting:

Every change is undoable. If you don't like something, hit undo.

Step 5: Publish

When you're happy with your site, click Publish. Pick a subdomain (e.g., yourname.sitelas.com) and you're live. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.
